  1. Personal Service
    Some Courts and Court documents require that the individual, being the person named on the documents, must be served personally and formally identified.
  2. Current Address
    You must provide the current residential address and where possible a place of employment also for the person being served.
  3. Provide Photograph
    For a smooth and effective service, we require a photograph of the person being served (if available), if the respondent refuses service or to identify themselves the Process-Server is able to effect service by confirming their identity from the photograph provided.
  4. Urgent Service
    Urgent service is dictated by the last date of service there are 3 categories of service:
            Urgent: 4 Days before the last date of service
            Super Urgent: 2 Days before the last date of service
            Uber Urgent: Immediate service of documents
    Keep in mind the pricing structure will apply extra fees for jobs that fall into the above category.

Important information about default notice process serving

  1. Default Notice
    A default notice is a legal letter advising the borrower of payment defaults on their loan or mortgage. The notice is served by personal service at the address on the Default Notice or by affixing the documents to the door of the security address.
  2. Who requires Default Notices
    Default Notices are served on behalf of a Finance Company or Bank to legally notify a customer they are in arrears with their payments, and instruct them on what their arrears are and any further action that may be carried out.
  3. Current Address

Important information about our servers reporting process

  1. Attempts of Service
    Your Process Server will make the agreed-upon number of attempts to serve the documents.
    All attempts will be recorded via the platform and sent to your email.
  2. Successful Service
    The Process Server will contact you once successful service has been completed by updating the notes on the platform.
  3. Affidavit of Service
    The Process Server will provide to you a Sworn Affidavit of Service. Both a PDF uploaded to the system and also the original by way of post.
  4. Final Report
    On completion of service or attempted service, you will be provided with a Final Report upon the closure of the file.
